In 1986 she started J L Physio Clinics which specialises in the treatment of the musculoskeletal system, in the City of London's Square Mile looking after the business community. Josephine treats all aspects of musculoskeletal physiotherapy particularly problems of the back and neck. She also does onsite ergonomic workstation assessments. Josephine enjoys tennis, sailing, ballet, and skiing.

Mark specialises in the treatment of musculoskeletal problems involving spinal and peripheral joint pain and sports injuries, using acupuncture together with his manual therapy. Mark enjoys sailing, rugby and triathlon.

Debo qualified as a physiotherapist in 2003, he studied for an MSc Sports and Exercise Medicine at University College London graduating in 2012. Debo has special interests in the rehabilitation of spinal and sports injuries.

Simon qualified from Liverpool University in 2010. Since then he has gained vast experience in a variety of musculoskeletal settings from London teaching hospitals.
Areas of interest include sports, acupuncture, hydrotherapy and tendinopathies.
Simon plays National League hockey and has completed numerous triathlons and the London Marathon.

Lynn has extensive experience in the field of musculoskeletal
physiotherapy. She spent many years post qualification working in the
NHS culminating in managing the Acute Physiotherapy service at The
Royal Free Hospital, Hampstead, and has completed postgraduate training
in musculoskeletal therapy, and a master’s degree.
She also led a master’s degree programme in Manipulative Therapy at
Coventry University before moving solely into private practice.
Lynn has particular experience in the management of Temporo mandibular
joint dysfunction (TMJ), and back and neck pain (including headaches).
Other interests include running and hockey.

Samantha graduated from Manchester school of Physiotherapy in 2004 and completed a masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at Kings College London in 2012. She has experience with acute and chronic sports injuries and has worked with the Manchester Rugby team and Arsenal charity football team. She has had experience working both in a hospital and private practice setting. At Kings College Hospital (KCH) she worked as a senior physiotherapist and managed and supervised more junior members of staff and students. Whilst at KCH she gained experience in treating a wide range of spinal, upper and lower limb work and sports related conditions, in addition to post surgical rehabilitation and the running of Pilates, ACL and lower limb rehabilitation programmes. Her treatment repertoire includes the use of manual therapy, acupuncture, soft tissue manipulation, biomechanical and muscle imbalance assessment. During a year out she also volunteered abroad at the University of Malawi where she was involved in lecturing and teaching physiotherapy students, writing a journal article and making contributions to a book.
City Chiropody, run by Andrew Gladstone D.pod.M and his team of professionals, specialise in the treatment of foot conditions and associated biomechanical dysfunctions. They have been successfully working in the City of London & Canary Wharf since 1989.
Andrew qualified in 1989 and has been working in private practice in the City of London since then. He has grown his practice from a small office at the back of a chemist to having five locations spread over the City, Canary Wharf and the West End.
Andrew specializes in treating common foot ailments such as corns, hard skin, fungal nails and ingrown toenail treatments, including permanent removal using local anaesthetics.
He has a wide experience of treating verrucas especially long standing, hard to treat ones.
Gareth is a podiatrist who finished his studies in Sydney in 2003. Since then he has worked in private practice in Sydney, Dublin and London. Gareth has experience treating a wide range of foot problems and has a particular interest in gait analysis and orthotic therapy.
Since completing her training at the University of East London, Mimi has been practicing as a podiatrist in London, Kent and Surrey. She is experienced in general chiropody, diabetic foot complications, ingrowing toenail surgery, sports injuries and biomechanics. Mimi also provides foot care to patients and their carers at St Raphael’s Hospice in Surrey
Marta started dancing at a young age and after studying Physiotherapy, having danced professionally across Europe, both in Classical and Contemporary disciplines, Pilates was a natural progression to her dance teaching career. She received her Pilates training through Pilates Foundation in London and is a qualified Garuda Matwork and Apparatus instructor. She imparts Garuda Teacher Trainings both in London and abroad. Her precise teaching method suits those recovering from injuries as well as athletes wanting to add support and guidance to their career. She focuses on improving the physical condition of the human body in every possible way while also planting a strong root to long lasting mental and spiritual well being.
Chris is a sports massage and general massage therapist with great experience of working with athletes, especially cyclists. He is a keen cyclist himself and with his massage practice, urbanmassage, runs a cycle assessment clinic in Canary Wharf.
Julija holds a BSc Hons in Nutrition and Health; she is a qualified fitness instructor and a registered member of the Association of Nutrition (AfN) UK; she had her practice in weight management program in one of the NHS hospitals as well as personal consultations for private clients.
Finding healthy solutions to individual weight and nutritional issues is a key part of her personalised diet and exercise programmes. She also recognises that many problems with diet and health can arise after childbirth, trauma, stress, personal or work related problems.
In her opinion, food plays an essential role in people's lives and their wellbeing. She believes in a personalised dietary approach, which helps to avoid a majority of illnesses and health related issues.
The combination of her academic training together with her love for cooking and healthy food enables Julija to make a real difference to the lives of those struggling with nutritional or weight related problems.
